I ordered my InStep Run Around Stroller on May 10, standard FREE shipping. It arrived this afternoon, May 13. Wow Amazon--you rock! The stroller was super easy to assemble. The wheels come off in a snap. The stroller is really solid feeling, and the tires are inflatable like a bike, so the ride will be smooth. It's a very pretty stroller and for 99.00 dollars, I think it's a great value. It is very smooth handling and I think the venting and visor are both very adequate for a child under 50 pounds. I will have to get a head support type pillow, but I'm satisfied with how far the seat reclines and will the storage containers. All in all, I think that this is a great deal. I gave 4 stars only because it's pretty big and I had to take the front wheel off to store it in the trunk of my Volvo S40. I'm very satisfied with the product and amazed at the service. Very satisfied customer.

I was originally going to purchase a Uppa Baby stroller before my baby was born (retail cost about $600). However, on the recommendation of the Baby Bargains book (and in order to save some cash) I purchased this stroller frame because I had done my research and I was definitely purchasing a Graco Snugride car seat and because I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted in a stroller. The car seat is fantastic. This stroller frame is a good deal for the money because: (1) it is pretty lightweight, (2) the basket that sits under the car seat is very large (large enough to fit my large diaper bag, my purse, my camera bag and more), (3) it is easy to insert the Graco Snugride car seat into it, (4) it was very easy to assemble despite the fact that I believe that Graco manuals are more confusing than they need to be, and (5) it folds up into a relatively small size and easily fits in the back of my compact SUV. On the other hand, this is not my ideal stroller because: (1) the wheels are not permanently attached and sometimes fall off when you are trying to open and close it (although this has never happened when I have had the car seat in and the stroller is in use), (2) there is virtually no shock absorption in the wheels and so riding over bumpy sidewalks without waking up the baby can be tricky, and (3) the wheels nearest to you do not move and so it makes the stroller hard to manuever. In short is it nothing fancy. However, since I only paid approximately $50 for it, and it works pretty well, I think it is well worth the money.

We are very happy with this stroller- especially for the price! Even though it is not officially intended for use with the Graco Snugride infant carriers, our oldest daughter (22 months) fits snuggly into the stroller next to our youngest (2 months) when in the carrier. The stroller folds compactly enough that it fits into the back of our '05 Chevy Equinox and our '06 Kia Sedona, with plenty of room to spare. The recline is easy and individual to each seat, which is helpful with a young baby. We are able to easily fold and unfold for short errands in and out of the car. Only complaint is that the tires were flat upon arrival. We are happy to have this as our second double stroller!

This stroller is an amazing deal. It folds and opens so easily. I love the 5 point harness. And it is so easy to recline the seat when my little one is sleeping or raise it when she wakes. I only gave it 4 stars because it is a little heavy, at almost 20 pounds, but it is a wonderful stroller.

±1±: Best Buy Lightweight stroller or outside of considerable (but trying umbrealla stroller), and this one has become. Plus it is light so far and is to maneuver a stroller travel system we got great and easy. Takes much less room in the trunk of the car as well.

I bought this stroller on the 23rd of December 2009, it arrived a week after, and it was defective (front brakes don't work at all). I contacted Baby Age on their next working day in regards of this problem and told them that I was not interested in replacing the defective brakes, I wanted a refund since I was not satisfied with the quality of the product and their Return Policy is good for 30 days. It turns out that the item was sold by them but shipped from the manufacturer InStep, which means that Baby Age had to contact the manufacturer, wait for a confirmation from them saying that the return was approved, and set a date for Fed EX to come and pick up the stroller. Well, a month has gone by now and I've been contacting both Baby Age and InStep to inquire about the status of my "return" and every time I call Baby Age , they tell me that they are still waiting for an answer from InStep. Three different times I've been told by Baby Age's customer service representatives that InStep said they needed to know more about what was wrong with the product and that InStep wanted me to contacted them directly. Every time I called InStep they tell me I'm not supposed to be calling them, because Baby Age should be doing that on my behalf. It's been almost 30 days now and I'm still waiting for them to get their heads right so that I can return the stroller and I'm starting to grow tired of this. I really hope this review helps you a lot on your decision, I've bought so many things through Amazon and I've never had a problem like this, NEVER! The customer service representatives are always very nice to me and seem to be trying to help but for some reason it's useless, nothing ever happens, they just keep telling me that InStep will either notify them or me through an email whenever they approve the return. Seriously, don't buy from them!!!! Save yourself a headache and some bucks!!! I'm not the kind of person to write reviews, specially negative ones, but this two companies well deserve it for their horrendous customer service.

THIS PRODUCT IS VERY EASY TO USE AND PERFECT FOR TRAVELING BUT THE 2 STINKY THINGS ABOUT IT IS THAT THE BASKET IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET TO WHEN THE CARSEAT IS ATTATCHED. I CAN'T EVEN PUT MY DIAPER BAG IN THERE, I HAVE TO PUT IT IN BEFORE I ATTATCH THE CARSEAT AND THEN I CAN'T GET IT OUT. IT'S ALSO HARD TO UNFOLD BUT I FOUND OUT THAT IF U CAN'T GET IT UNFOLDED U SHOULD PULL IT TOGETHER AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE THEN UNHOOK IT AND UNFOLD IT. THAT USUALLY WORKS BUT SOMETIMES AFTER 2 OR 3 TRIES. OTHER THAN THAT I WOULD RECOMMENDED IT!!!
